The short version

I’m Haedam. I spent three years in B2B sales across enterprise, mid-market and SMB. Before that, I started out as a recruitment consultant.

I’ve been the person making the calls and the person hiring the people who make them. O&C sits right in the middle of those two experiences.

What we do

We recruit sales talent: SDRs, BDMs, account executives and account managers, across tech/IT, construction and marketing.
